Conference FAQs


Who can participate in the conference?
Researchers, academicians, professors, scientists, industry professionals, research scholars, and students from any discipline are welcome to participate in IRFSR conferences.

Can I attend without presenting a paper?
Yes. You can register as a Listener/Attendee and receive a Certificate of Participation.

Can I participate online?
Yes. Most IRFSR conferences offer both Physical and Virtual (Online) participation options.

How do I submit my paper?
Authors can submit their manuscript through the online paper submission system available on the respective conference website.

How will I know if my paper is accepted?
Once the review process is completed, the corresponding author will receive an acceptance or rejection notification via email.

How long is the presentation?
Each presenter is generally allotted 10–15 minutes, followed by a short Q&A session.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. All eligible presenters and participants will receive a conference certificate. Online participants receive digital certificates.

Can a co-author present my paper?
Yes. A registered co-author may present the paper after informing the conference organizers.

Will my paper be published?
Accepted papers may be published in the conference proceedings or partner journals, subject to the conference publication policy and journal acceptance.

Is Scopus or Web of Science publication included?
No. Indexed journal publication is optional and subject to journal review, acceptance, and applicable publication charges.

Can I modify author details after registration?
Author details cannot be changed after registration without prior approval from the conference committee.

Registration & Payment FAQs


How do I register for the conference?
Complete the online registration form, pay the applicable registration fee, and submit the required documents before the registration deadline.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure online payments through Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (where applicable), and other approved payment methods.

Do all authors need to register?
No. At least one author must register for each accepted paper. Additional authors may register separately if they wish to attend.

Can I submit multiple papers?
Yes. Multiple paper submissions are allowed. Each accepted paper requires a separate registration.

Is the registration fee refundable?
Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Please review the conference refund policy before making payment.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes. A payment confirmation and receipt will be sent to your registered email after verification.

Visa Support FAQs


Will IRFSR provide an invitation letter?
Yes. An official conference invitation letter is issued after successful registration and payment confirmation.

Does IRFSR guarantee visa approval?
No. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. IRFSR cannot guarantee visa approval.

What documents are provided for visa applications?
Depending on the conference, IRFSR may provide:

If your visa is refused, you may request to attend the conference online, subject to conference policies. Registration fees are generally non-refundable.

Can I apply for a visa before registering?
Participants are encouraged to complete their registration before requesting visa support documents.

Travel & Accommodation FAQs


Does IRFSR arrange accommodation?
No. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.

Can IRFSR recommend nearby hotels?
Yes. Hotel recommendations near the conference venue may be provided upon request.

Does the registration fee include travel or accommodation?
No. Registration fees do not include airfare, hotel accommodation, local transportation, meals (unless specified), or visa expenses.

How do I reach the conference venue?
Venue details, maps, and transportation information will be shared with registered participants before the conference.

Should I arrange my travel after receiving my visa?
Yes. We recommend booking flights and accommodation only after your visa has been approved.

Will airport transportation be provided?
Airport transfers are generally not included unless specifically mentioned for a particular conference.

Certificates & Publication FAQs


When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates are generally issued after successful participation in the conference. Online participants receive digital certificates.

Will I receive a presentation certificate?
Yes. Registered presenters who successfully present their paper will receive a Presentation Certificate.

Can I receive a hard copy of my certificate?
This depends on the conference. Please check the specific conference details or contact the conference coordinator.

How can I obtain my publication certificate?
Publication certificates are issued after the paper has been successfully published, where applicable.
